New for 2023 – You can now pay for your Christmas at the Hub tickets by instalments.

Reserve your booking with a £25 deposit and pay off the balance in as many instalments as you like before 15th November.

Here’s how it works –

• Visit this link to check to the availability.
• Call us on 01604 403 003 and we will book you in over the phone.
• You’ll pay a £25 deposit to secure your booking and be definitely booked in for the time and date you’ve chosen. 
• Once you're booked in you can then call us on 01604 403 003 and pay off the balance in as many instalments as you choose before 15th November 2023. There is a £1 fee each time you make a payment to cover our staffing costs.

T’s&Cs

• £25 is required to make the initial online booking.
• Once booked, you can make as many payments as you choose to settle the balance - Call us on 01604 403 003 to make the payment(s). Please note that each payment incurs a £1 admin fee added to your outstanding balance.
• Tickets must be fully paid up by 15th November 2023.
• If the balance is not settled by 15th November, then the Christmas reservation will be cancelled and the money paid will be held in your Hub account. Tickets cannot be refunded. Money in your Hub account can be used to pay for future visits. There is no expiry date on the money in your Hub account.
