Riverside Hub is built for everyone — babies, toddlers, older kids, teens, and parents too. Babies have dedicated sensory rooms, toddlers get a gated soft toddler play area, and bigger kids (and grown-ups) can take on laser tag, go-karts, two 10-metre climbing trees, and the UK’s largest indoor playframe. There truly is something at every turn, for every age.

Yes — all visits must be pre-booked online. This guarantees your entry and secures your parking space (£2.50). Weekends and school holidays sell out fast, so book as early as you can. It only takes a couple of minutes
Absolutely — and it’s a birthday they won’t forget. Party packages include full access to all attractions, a hot food buffet, squash, and your own private party room. Choose from themed rooms including Candyland and the Pirate Room. Weekday evening parties (4:30–6:30pm) are also available for after-school celebrations
“Yes — Riverside Hub has been thoughtfully designed so that almost every activity is accessible to children with special educational needs and disabilities. We have dedicated sensory rooms, calming quiet spaces, and parents/carers can co-pilot the go-karts for children who need support. We hold monthly SEND-exclusive evening sessions (6:30–9pm) with reduced visitor numbers for a quieter experience. The Access/Nimbus +1 card is accepted for additional adult carers.
Yes — our on-site café serves proper food, freshly cooked to order. Think handmade pizzas, jacket potatoes, pasta, wraps, paninis, and chips — plus ice cream milkshakes, great coffee, and kids’ meals. Everything is oven-baked, never fried. Free Wi-Fi is included (password: ilovehub) so you can relax while the kids play
To ensure that our visitors with allergies are best served, we politely request that no home-made or pre-bought foods are brought in please.
If you or your child do have special dietary requirements, then you are welcome to bring food in.
Birthday cakes are always welcome, no matter the size of your celebration. Please do not bring knives, we will lend you a cake-knife, plates and napkins.
Please do not bring nuts into the building, as we aim to be nut-free wherever possible.
Riverside Hub is at 7 Carousel Way, Riverside Park, Northampton, NN3 9HG — behind the Mercedes-Benz dealership. Parking costs £2.50 per car and must be pre-booked with your tickets. If you’re coming by bus, the number 3 or 5 stops at Riverside Park (Fairground Way) every 30 minutes on most days
Yes, Riverside Hub is fully air conditioned. No matter how hot it gets outside, it’s always lovely and cool here in the Hub. All areas have cooling – our play-frame, seating areas, role-play villages and even our party rooms.

VAT Summer Saver! The Government is reducing our VAT from 20% to just 5% from 25th June to 1st September and we are passing the savings straight to you!
This means on Saver Days we will be up to 50% cheaper and weekends and school holidays will be cheaper too! The reduced price is automatically applied when booking.
